How do I log into the CADENCE CLUB platform?
At CADENCE CLUB, we prioritize your security. For each log in, you will receive a verification code via email. Please note that for security reasons, this verification code will expire in 5 minutes from the time it was sent.
Why does my verification code expire in 5 minutes?
The 5-minute expiry for the verification code is a security measure to ensure the protection of your digital assets and personal information. This helps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
I didn’t receive my verification code. What should I do?
If you didn’t receive the email with the verification code, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, please try again and if this still does not work contact our support team at nft@cadence-club.com.
We're sorry to inform you that some of our emails may have been marked as spam. This is because our IP address has been blocked by Spamhaus, a non-profit organization that maintains a list of IP addresses that are known to be used for sending spam.
We're working to get our IP address removed from the Spamhaus list, but it may take a few days for this to happen. In the meantime, we recommend that you add our email address nft@cadence-club.com to your contacts list so that our emails don't get marked as spam.
You can also try using Gmail to receive our emails. Gmail has a very good spam filter that will help to ensure that our emails don't get marked as spam.
